2007 Sage Studio Participants
Sage Studio is a collection of classes - for all ages - featuring workshops in theatre, filmworks, acting and pottery. It is made possible by support from The Foglia Family Foundation and Susen H. and James C. Berg.

Participants: Ages 11-18
Application Deadline: June 15
The Sage Studio Theatre Camp is an intensive three week course for ages 11-18 with an emphasis on building ensemble unity, individual acting development, vocal enhancement and stage movement. There will be a final showcase presented at the end of the three weeks that is created by the students and their instructors.
Participants will write, act and direct. They will take classes and have an opportunity to explore their own vision in a creative, supportive environment.

Ever wanted to make a film but didn't know how? Raue Center's seven-day intensive film workshop, taught by Daniel and Tom Stern, breaks down the filmmaking process by allowing each student to specialize in directing, writing or cinematography as well as perform various on-set jobs in workshops and in the mentored production of short films written, directed and shot by students.

Explore your persona on camera in this exhilarating one-time workshop. Valuable for students, teachers, business people, speakers — anyone looking to improve the skill of spontaneity. This exhilarating on-camera workshop uses simple exercises to help students explore nuances of intention, voice, body language, even optimal wardrobe colors. Through highly individualized feedback from Emmy award winning actress Elaine Bromka (with 30 years experience in film, television, Broadway and off-Broadway) students learn in a safe, supportive environment how best to communicate with freedom and energy — while having fun.
