Calling all young performers! Whether you’re an actor, dancer, or singer, acting is the foundation for everything within the arts! In this class, young performers will be encouraged to spread their wings and embody their truest selves using exploration through acting exercises, ensemble work, and even monologue exploration. They will learn how to take on characters, find their voice, and use their bodies to tell a story. This class is perfect for beginners looking to step into acting and develop confidence, or for young performers who want to expand their acting toolboxes.

Katherine Witt is so excited to step into her role as a teacher at RCSA! She previously taught for the 2024 Moana Jr. Summer Camp and has participated in many Raue productions herself! Her personal favorite acting performance was her portrayal of Rhoda Penmark in The Bad Seed. Katherine has experience working with kids of all ages, from infants to teens. Once an RCSA student herself, Katherine knows what it feels like to be a passionate young performer, and she wants to spread her passion and love for the arts for the next generation of young actors! Her main goal in her classes is to inspire kindness, excitement, and creativity for everyone!
