FAMILY DISCOUNT: Enrolling multiple students?  Be sure to use the “multiple students” discounted rate to get 5% OFF! This discount is good for all students in your household–they do not need to be enrolled in the same age level, just choose the appropriate option when you add the class to your cart.  RaueNOW Family members receive this discount IN ADDITION to their member discount!

REFUND POLICY: In the event that your child cannot participate in the class after you have registered, Raue Center will issue a 50% refund of your registration fee up to two weeks before the start date. After this time period, if your child cannot participate in the class we will refund you 50% in the form of a Raue Center gift certificate, redeemable for any upcoming class within a year of cancellation, or can be used at Raue Center for tickets to WSRep, etc. (restrictions may apply). AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: Raue Center affirmatively seeks to attract to its faculty, staff, and student body persons of diverse backgrounds, and pursuant to this policy, no applicant for admission or applicant for employment is discriminated against because of race, sex, color, religious beliefs, national or ethnic origin.

MEDICAL INSURANCE: Raue Center assumes no medical expenses for its students. All students must have medical insurance coverage either through their parents or through an outside party.

GUARDIANS: Please inform us of any special needs or attention your student requires.

CLASS CANCELLATION: In the event that scheduled classes need to be canceled, including but not limited to an act of God, Raue Center will strive to make up the time that was lost. This could mean adding additional time to the remaining classes. In the event that cancellation happens, communication will be made via email with parents.

*Classes require a set number of enrollees for the course to run. Notification of class commitment will be released about a week prior to classes starting. Should class registration not reach the set number of enrollees, registrants will be given the option of; using that registration towards a related class this semester; having that registration as a credit in Sawyer towards future classes/camps; or refunded within 14-days.
