Intro to Junior Teen-Prov
Ages 12 – 14 | 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Hone your skills and build your confidence on stage with this beginner’s improv class. This four-week class will take students through the fundamental tools and skills of improvisational comedy. Through group play, students will learn Younger teens are led by instructors who are experienced in teaching younger students. Teen-prov for younger teens is a fun way to be creative and to build confidence. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends while learning the basics of improvisation. These classes are available for any experience level.
Intro to Senior Teen-Prov
Ages 15 – 18 | 7:00 – 8:30 PM
High School teens are led by instructors who are experienced in teaching young adults and students. Teen-prov for high school-aged teens is a fun way to be creative outside of their high school curriculum while learning the basics of improvisation. These classes are available for any experience level.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Sam Barbaro is a Chicago native and first-generation American, raised by Sicilian immigrants in the Northwest Suburbs. Received a B.S. in Media Studies and Film from Northern Illinois University. Trained and completed the Second City Conservatory, IO and The Annoyance Theater programs. Sam was fortunate enough to study improvisation under Steve Carell and the late great “Father of Improv, Del Close”. Sam has experienced great joy teaching and coaching Improv…as well as performing with Greenroom Improv for over 13 years, along with other teams in the Chicagoland area.
